1. Who we are

Bonvera Weddings ("Bonvera", "we") plans weddings in India and the UAE. Offices: Silver Estate, Sector 50, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India; and Al Raha, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Contact: hello@bonvera.in.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone number, wedding date, destination, guest count, budget, and any messages. We collect these through our website forms, WhatsApp, phone, email, and lead forms on Google, Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Details collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you found us (for example, which ad or search engine). We collect these through cookies and similar tools.

We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and plan your wedding.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.
• To understand which ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

By sharing your details, you consent to this use. You also agree to be contacted about your enquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Disturb (DND/NCPR) list. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Service providers: Google (Analytics, Ads, Sheets, lead forms), Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads, the Meta Pixel), WhatsApp, Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
• Wedding vendors: venues, decorators, photographers and similar suppliers, but only when needed to plan your wedding.
• Authorities: when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside India or the UAE. They are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

5. Cookies

We use cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

6. How long we keep it

Up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data,
• correct it,
• delete it, or
• stop contacting you.

You can also withdraw your consent, and name a person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email hello@bonvera.in and we'll respond as soon as possible, and within the time the law requires.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the UAE Data Office, or your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with its date.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by Indian law. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
